Colton RV & Marine Text Message Terms

Program

Colton RV & Marine ("we") sends text messages to customers who opt in. These include replies to your RV inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you separately opt in, up to 4 marketing texts a month about offers and new arrivals. Some messages are sent by our virtual assistant.

How you opt in

By checking the text consent box on our sign-up page. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Giving your phone number anywhere else, including on other website forms, does not sign you up for texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Marketing texts, if you opt in to them: up to 4 a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also reply STOPALL, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPTOUT, or tell us any other reasonable way. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this service, and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
