This is the privacy policy for the Colton RV & Marine texting program. It is the only policy that applies to text messages and takes priority over any other policy for texting.

Text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. Your mobile number is used only to send the messages you agreed to receive.

What we collect

When you sign up for texts we keep your name, mobile number, the boxes you checked, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you used, and the date and time, so we can show how you opted in. We also keep the other details you give on our sign-up form (optional email and RV shopping details) and the text conversation, to answer your request.

Service provider

This texting program is run by our marketing agency, Dealer Ignition, which sends and stores messages only on our behalf.
